Source for Download 5365 or 5342?

Hello all,
I have 5308 would like to get 5365 but can't remember the site (MSDN?) that I downloaded from...
a
reminder would be great!

George,
Not sure we would know where you got it either. :-) I wasn't there when you did it!
If your an MSDN subscriber then head over to the MSDN site and log into your account. Although I am not sure what the last version was the MSDN folks got.

It appears MSDN only has the 5308 still. I've seen non-ms sites talking about it but would prefer to get it from ms directly if possible...

Those two builds can only be access via Microsoft Connect and a authenticated Passport/Windows Live ID. http://connect.microsoft.com - hope this helps!

Thought so, Zack, I believe I downloaded the Vista SDK from that site a few weeks ago. But I cannot seem to find even that! Maybe I'm just tired or distracted! Let's say I wanted to get the SDK again...where is that?
I know a pathetic question. lol -- Thanks so much, george _________________________ George S. Lockwood Lead Client Developer peoplePC, an EarthLink company

Unfortunately that's closed for applications as it's not there as an option any more.
I need to check for compatibility so I installed 5308 on a development machine.. as others have noted it's beyond terrible.. not even usable for a testing environment IMO.
Really looking forward to a new one - can someone kick the MSDN people to get a better build out there? I suspect a lot has changed in 3 months.

Expect a new build for WinHEC at the end of May. "Tony Hoyle" wrote in message

Windows Hardware Engineering Conference - hardware, software, OS stuff - some might say the biggest Microsoft event of the year as it's the most broadest... certainly very cool ;o)

Its Microsofts hardware developer conference where persons gather annually to discuss hardware design and how to fully take advantage of the Windows Platform and learn about the latest cutting edge technology. Most of all, its about device driver development which is very important, whats changing and how you as a hardware developer can adapt and adhere to the new standards coming out of MS to provide the best experiences for your customers. -- -- Andre Windows Connected | http://www.windowsconnected.com Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta
